I woke up today at 7:00am to head down to the Bake Off Challenge for Skills USA. I got back at 2:30pm..I'm so tired right about now but I was so nervous. We had to go in the room with three judges looking and make our recipe and while we are doing it, give a 7 minute speech. Tomorrow is my bake off challenge in Skills U.S.A., I have to be up and ready at 7:00am. I'm going to make M&M Cookies remember? Wish me luck and hope that I win in the top three positions.
