So basically I had this prop bet from a few months ago with my roomate. We went to a Patriots game a few months back, and they had this field goal challenge at halftime. I had a free day with a Personal Trainer from my Gym membership. I decided I might as well take advantage of it now, and maybe sign up for future workouts if it went well. Well, its been a solid week for me, which is fulfilling. I worked out 4 days this week. I still have a free training session from when I signed up for my account. I talked to a personal trainer this week and I'm going to be meeting him this Monday, so I'm excited for that. I've lost 20 lbs as of today since the first week of January. I haven't played at Cafe Zog in a while so I decided to play an acoustic set this Friday. I will probably go on at 6:00. Cafe Zog is located at 239 Wickenden St. in Providence. Let me know if you need directions or if you're up for coming out.

First thanksgiving I haven't spent with my family I believe, ever. It makes me realize how much I miss my grandmother and grandfather now that they have passed away, and how amazing dinner was with the family.  I just called Ted's Montana grill because they're open and serving turkey, but they're all out.
