When my workout system arrives, I should consume 1.5 grams of protein per 1 lb of body weight a day. At the moment that comes to 237 grams of protein a day. The problem is that I can't do protein shakes. I have tried different kinds, but with and without whey and they still make me throw up each and every time. A diet of fish, vegetables (fresh) and green tea.... My friend says it works reallllly good.

I'll have to remember to avoid the sushi restaurant a couple blocks from my place. A lot of those dishes are high in carbs.

what about the carnation instant breakfast shakes that have 2x theprotein? the french vanilla and the chocolate both taste amazingly fantastic with some Silk Very Vanilla soy milk, I promise. and also, kellog has that protein water stuff that tastes pretty good too, nom nom

plus the Silk Very Vanilla soymilk is just nummy itself as well lol and that has a decent amount of protein also I think

Been doing good actually, 2009 has been a complete turn around for me. I feel as though things are finally falling back into place. What have you been upto after Japan and your move?
