So to start it off, I decided to give myself a little trim for the first time in over a year. Not all off, just a couple inches, besides I needed to get rid of some of my hair which was over processed. When my workout system arrives, I should consume 1.5 grams of protein per 1 lb of body weight a day. At the moment that comes to 237 grams of protein a day. The problem is that I can't do protein shakes. I have tried different kinds, but with and without whey and they still make me throw up each and every time. Premier Nutrition Protein bar. Apparently they have them at Sams Club. 15 bars for $15. Three different flavors, 30 grams of protein, 8-10 grams of sugar. I should probably throw out the remaining bacon in the fridge and stock up on fish and chicken along with beans.

Never heard of some of these people though.
