Now I am learning that we will never rest, which is unsettling and lovely.   Being so deeply planted, it takes a lot more to grow arms and crawl out than it does to sit and sprout.  But we are not seeds anymore; we are seeds with arms to fight with.  What is lovely is that we use them to dance when we aren't climbing.

Today I learned from my boy Chad from down under that you can kill yourself by drinking too much water.  He told hundreds of us this, all at once, then told us to be careful.  Econ is bo-ring, so I started planning my suicide, a fabulous one in a water park in June, and I'd wear only shades of blue that remind me of the ocean.  I think there'd ( Read more... )

It's silly how sometimes the decisions we make end up making us feel like cheeseburgers under a heat lamp.  It may be irrational to boycott lamps and lightbulbs because I'm bored of doing homework right about now.
