As I've shared, I've been training for a 10K. Well, the summer kind-of took on a life of it's own and now it's fall. The 10K I plan to run is a Flapjack run. You do the run, you eat pancakes. Its pretty awesome. I've never run a 10K before in my life. I've done the 5K's but no 10K. I created a training schedule about 4 weeks ago. If I'd stuck to it
