So I've been *trying* to work it out with someone for a few months.

On Spots, I purchased 3 Berry Plush embroidered diapers from... a seller. I debated about how much information I should publish here. I've tracked her down on facebook, Hyena Cart, My Space, and I even have her name. I'm more than willing to post it, IF you think that will put

Thanks. I *hate* drama and I feel like crap cause I've had to resort to Drama Posts twice in the last few months. The first time it worked out, so I'm hoping that by going public (and maybe a bit noisy) I'll get the refund (it was just over 60 bucks...)

I say people who rip people off shout be outed. This is the only way we can fight back against the scammers and help protect other mamas from getting scammed.

Yeah I know. But *what* if maybe she's a good person who just needed a break. But.... 3 months is a long break.

If she's a good person, then she'll fix it and apologize. Just because she might be a good person is no reason to protect her.

I posted on HC feedback and on DS (she'd put the diapers up I'd paid for for sale again in October....)

After a few other Diaper dramas. I think people are learning to just kinda throw it out there because seriously it may be a bigger issue then it looks and may effect more then just you. On the other had it can also resolve an issue very quickly and to good end. If not, at least you've saved someone else from the hassle you are having and that is a good deed done right :D

However, it ended fine, she issued a refund today.

She did have the balls to say I probably received the items.....which makes me *LAUGH* since she 1. Listed them on DS about a month after I "bought them" and 2. She has never not once sent me any proof of shipping.

Yeah me too. TOTALLY worked out though, after I slammed everywhere with negative feedback she refunded the money tonight.

For some reason I remember her being from the city I am in now.... which is sad. And makes me wonder if she was one of the ladies at our recent Cloth Diaper Seminar.
