Feather Lace Cardigan
I've had this lovely yarn for several years, and I had a picture in my head of what I wanted it to become--a lacy cardigan. But I just couldn't find the pattern that matched my mental image. So I decided to make up my own. I did, and I knit it and here's the cardigan.

509 miles on the last tank of gas. I think it's a 10-gallon tank.
I am very happy with my car choice. -

My car has been totalled, my vacuum cleaner stopped working, my dryer is making an ear-splitting squeal and now my phone is dead???

Good news
Jason got a job offer yesterday! WOOT! I am so relieved that the stress over being jobless did not last very long.
It's an awful commute for him, and he doesn't have a terribly reliable car. But, his salary will be about 15% more, so a new car for him may be doable sooner.
