Unfortunately I do not have a picture of any of them on me, and I am afraid my drawing skills begin and end at chemical structures. If I put up a missing cat poster, every stray in The City would show up at my mate's flat.

My degree is biochemistry and pharmacology, not nutrition, but in this case I think I could give you all a few pointers- from a medical perspective, that is.

I prefer to think of it the other way around; the runway is not quite ready for me.
