we've got a great space with a separate entrance, lots of storage and acess to the alleyway, backyard and a parking spot. it's a bit of a fixer upper, it has no windows (yet!) and the roof leaks. but we'll rent it to you really cheap. and you have several weeks before it gets cold and you'll have to install insulation.
i like roofing, i'll help you with the roof part. runa few extension cords out and you'll be livin' in your own garage paradise!
