I can't believe I'm awake
I'm trying to beat my native nocturnality by staying awake all day today, but it's going to be hard given that I'm kinda sick and feel all crappy. UGH something inside of me hurts like a motherfucker, as does my throat, and my nose...Argh ( Read more... ) -

The poetry workshop yesterday was really, really cool. It also took about seven hours, but that was ok. My creative translation of poem 50 was good, apparently; I pwned. It made it worth staying here this weekend, aaaand because of it we don't have Latin on Wednesday or Friday, so yay.
There's probably enough hot water for my shower now, so bye -

I'm in a really really awesome mood. Even though I should be writing a short paper and presentation. The Catullan poem I'm working on is going very well, although I still haven't started the meter. I was moderately productive today. There's food in the house again, thank god, and hopefully enough to last for a few weeks, except for a few things like meat and milk.
