I dreamed of my father this morning. We talked on the phone, like we would always do. "Hello Laa" he would say. I miss him, even though.... And today, wouldn't be my day without him. Sometimes I long for that faceless phantom voice on the other end of the line. As much as it fell short of my dearest dreams, it was all I had.
