Slight update; sorry for being vague yesterday.  Anyway, to make a long story short, I trusted someone over my girlfriend for a short while and it was a stupid mistake.  We're working things out, but it's difficult.  No worries :]

http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showforum=132 is the site. check in the sticky labeled Tutorials/FAQs/Guides/Information. You may not be able to load it up if you're not registered with those forums but I'm sure you can find it with the domain name. Good luck :]
