MY LIFE LATELYThings are progressing slowly with Sean’s treatment for autism. I got a call from his school. They wanted me to register him for senior kindergarten because the spaces were filling up. I have misgivings, though. I really don’t think that he’s going to be able to handle regular school. We did go for an interview at a different

I just read over at Alina's that you were going to post! I've missed you all so much ... but I've been just as guilty of getting hung up with other matters and not keeping in touch. But it's great to hear from you, on email and LJ. :)
On the medical incidents ... wow. People are daft! I mean, people did stupid things at The Piece all of the time, but that was a restaurant. You'd think they'd be more careful of their health/safety. Silly people.

Yah. I'll try to comment, etc. more, but you never know with my schedule. I may promise to do it and then not be able to.
Yes, aren't people stupid sometimes? Honestly, they just don't think in an emergency. And really, that's the time when you have to.

Yes, I'm usually terribly busy these days but I always check LJ and get online and still manage to keep in touch with most of my friends. Although not as much as I'd like.
Wow. Ankles are easy to turn over on, aren't they? It just proves how careful we need to be on stairs and so on.
Ed & Stuart are a laugh a minute. Stuart is so dumb and Ed gets so exasperated with him.
Thanks for your well-wishes, Alina. *HUGS YOU*

So hey, when you come to Europe this year, you surely know how to speak the language and let us know if you come across a soccer hunk.
I think what Aranel said makes sense about still enlisting Sean for school. I just hope that his therapy will do wonders for him!
Pop in when you can and a big virtual ent-{{{hug}}} back!

LOL. I'll be sure to let you know how I managed in Spain & Portugal. I'd love to go to a soccer game, but we'll see if we can fit it in. We are going to follow the route Wellington's army took from Lisbon. We're doing it on our own. My sister, a huge fan of Bernard Cromwell's Sharpe series, is mapping out our itinerary. It should be a lot of fun.
Sean is progressing well, I think. He's had no therapy at all yet, so with that, he should do much better in a couple of years.
Thank you for being so kind. And *hugs* to you too!

Thanks for asking about Sean! I'll have to post an entry on him soon. He's started kindergarten again this year and he LOVES it!!! What a difference a year makes. He is doing really, really well and his teacher is pleased. He's come a long way. His speech has improved a lot. There are still issues regarding his autism, but that's to be expected. However, he is doing great. How nice of you to ask.
