Happy New Year everyone! Our son survived the fireworks crazy fest that the Dutch are so overly fond of and was sent to bed with his headphone. He grew so terse throughout the day, poor kid, but hopefully folks will keep to the new regulations set. We'll see.

I realise that for so many here on my f-list it is business as usual. But over here it isn't.

Thank you sweet binkaslibrary for sharing with us in that grief. Your e-mail meant a lot to me. You feel and know our pain.

Many of them are coming home, other nationalities hopefully soon when identified. At least now treated with respect.

It has been a helluvah week, over here we just have one week devoted to autism, I know that across the pond it is a full month.
