Don't take too much multivitamin, especially if it contains a lot of fat soluble vitamins, like D, E, K and A. You can get too much of that, which leads to bad stuff. But yeah, get your folate (eat green veggies) and B12 too.

Generally they don't tell you to take too much in the directions on the bottle.... and I'm not taking more than it says

You need omega 3s and leafy greens. I wish you and I lived anywhere near eachother. I would teach you Pilates for fashion advice.
