So. Random notings while watching the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie that kind of connect to the second one (but are mostly just me being weird).

Yeah, that nasty P brand. In the second film the camera lingers on it while Jack is pouring over maps, right before he says "Why is the rum always gone?" I'm still vaguely kind of maybe sticking to the theory that Jack somehow managed to brand Beckett with the East India Trading Company logo, the one he pauses to look at when he's running away from the cannibals. *speculates*

Yeah, I remember them lingering on it in the second movie. It just really stuck out to me in the first one when Norrington did that. How did I not remember things like this!? x.x

Ooh, that's actually a nice speculation. Would make sense, as Jack probably would've needed something that was nearby to brand Beckett with (unless their brandings were at different places or something). XD

Regarding the bleeding, they actually point it out oin theDVD commentary. They have to bleed if they are to repay the blood, don't they?
