We made a convoluted plate using to much because my head chef is a bit of a twit. 
Heres what we made.
Mahi poached in white wine, lemon, dill, old bay.
Carrot rice, asparagus, carrot cardamom oil, Honey/caramelized lime vinaigrette. Capers, garlic wine sauce.

Hi, I saw you added me ... I assume because of our shared interest in molecular gastronomy. Most of my journal is personal, so I don't devote many entries to exploring that hobby ... but I am intrigued by your entries so far and I'm looking forward to reading about your culinary adventures. (Apple caviar? Genius.)

Yeah it was MG that made me find you, but it was the user name of a food type that made me add you. I am trying to carve out some sorta place in the culinary world for myself and spamming people on LJ is where I am starting.
