Seriously... it is a Sunday afternoon... I should be able to sand a fricken piece of wood outside at 2pm on a sunday without your complaining and calling the property management company. And your B.S. line about the smell!?!?!? WTF... its wood!

This ia another one from the other end of the stack who was all.. "I am not one to complain but..." and then starts to complain about the noise and the smell and I was like... "the smell? its wood!"

Actually, the new neighbors in the unit of the old annoying "I have glass in my throat" guy seem to be pretty cool. Thankfully.

Not sure if it was a threat... the property manager did not even say anything besides "please dont mess up the common areas" before leaving... so he seemed fine with it. And this time it looked like I was making furniture or the like. So I dont think I'll have any association problems... but who knows with these people. This time it was just a bitchy neighbor. And by the time the manager came I was done with sanding anyways.

But man... gotta get a proper house one of these days so i dont have to put up with this stupid crap.

My neighbors, too, are stupid, and I am very much looking forward to moving and, hopefully, getting less stupid neighbors. Mine talk ALL IN CAPS. SERIOUSLY. IT SUCKS.

Yeah... I have read some of your posts on the annoying neighbors. More and more my dream home will have a few hundred acre barrier around it complete with electric fence and a moat full of gators.
