Vivid dreams

I very rarely have vivid dreams. For nightmares, those are even more rare. So when I had a nightmare that was so real last night, that I was surprised I woke up in my bed, it was unsettling. I can still remember a lot of it in crisp detail

Not often. Usually it's dependent on how tired/stressed out I was at bed time.

Usually they have enough weirdness in them that you can recognize it's a nightmare.
This one had no weirdness, so I kinda woke up flailing and freaking out.
