errh, the angle said patricide, something so horrible that it would make the body uninhabitable for the soul. So yeah, Bobby must die. You know, in a sense, I am happy that they did not pull any pouch about the thing. Sam did not hesitate, no remorse whatsoever, he is the scariest bamf so far on the show.
Okay, well. I guess he's excused on that one, then. I mean, I knew something was up with that, because it seemed so ... "emotional" ... to immediately jump to killing Bobby. What you said makes that part fit.
Sadly, it doesn't redeem this epi for me. But probably I'm in a funk, anyway, and can't enjoy the show like usual. We'll see what January brings.
Also, BOBBY! He took a hit with the whole "truth serum" announcement, but this epi reminded me why he might favor Dean so much. *pats him* Never fear, my rabid fangirling will keep him safe! *snerk*
yeah, right of now, Sam is as unsympathetic as it gets, ever. but coming from this robo!Sam, it is also utterly logical and predictable. There is one goal he wants to achieve, he achieves it no matter what. What bugs me was he just took the angel's words for it, but then again, he got zero instinct.
Bobby is made of awesome, I mean, a trap? in his own home?! that leads to a dead end. I am impressed, to say the least.
