I've been offline for too long - this time with a broken wrist which has made typing very slow. However, I've been well able to use a mouse so I've kept an eye on all you folks.

Happy Birthday, and I hope the wrist is quick to heal. You're quite right to save yourself for the decorating part of tree-putting - you might be a liability with your injury, and you wouldn't want to risk that, now, would you?

Sorry about your injury but no need to keep such a stiff upper lip. What kind of lights for your Christmas tree? (Enquiring minds...) Were you able to write your down the chimney story?

Oh, absolutely no stiff upper lip - I've been moaning constantly! Stir crazy and grumpy.

I'm still writing the DTC story - hope to make the deadline but it'll be nip and tuck.
