Lupus Awareness
Many of you are aware that I have had lupus for 43 years and that it is severe. May is Lupus Awareness month and this coming Friday, the 18th, has been designated "Put on Purple Day." (Purple is our color or bracelets and things.) Many of our cousins have fibromyalgia or similar illnesses, so putting on purple, even if only something like earrings ( Read more... ) -

Concert!
I got to see Weird Al last night and was fortunate to have backstage passes. Here is a pic of us. I also got a moment with Jim and with my favorite drummer in the world, Jon "Bermda" Schwartz, whom I love dearly. Of course today I can't get out of bed - I'm paying the price - but it was worth it.
