sick kitty
Our Russian blue 8-month-old kitten, Shadow, has been very ill for the last three days. Shadow was taken to the pet urgent care last night and the Vet discovered that he had eaten thread, which had wrapped around part of his intestines. Luckily he wasn't fully obstructed so he didn't need a resection, but he did have surgery last night. We were up ( Read more... ) -

It has been pointed out that when I listed the things I currently try to do for Man From UNCLE that I may have scared people away by showing so many items.
I'm not looking for one person to do everything! That way leads to madness. Or burnout.
But if some people could offer to do even one of the things, it would be a great help.

My Smart Phone is dumb
I had gadget envy for the last month as I saw all these people using Smart Phones to read apps or check their email. So I went Friday night and bought one to try.
I hated it for various reasons. But the worst thing of all, in my Grammar Queen world, was when it gave the command:
"Check meesages."
