Concert!

I got to see Weird Al last night and was fortunate to have backstage passes. Here is a pic of us. I also got a moment with Jim and with my favorite drummer in the world, Jon "Bermda" Schwartz, whom I love dearly. Of course today I can't get out of bed - I'm paying the price - but it was worth it.

I've only heard his CDs, how does a live performance compare?

Oh they are great! He wears all the costumes and he shows all this videos. I'll hunt some up for you.

I felt ghastly yesterday and had sent Jon a msg that I wasn't coming. He called me and said it would be nice if I came and then Fred was nice enough to get me the passes.

I spent a lot of the concert holding my head and popping pain killers. Then I got backstage and starting tearing up,saying "I didn't think I'd ever see you again." So I got three hugs over the course of the night.

I had a really nice talk with Tonya - it was good to see her.
