Some are so disappointing.

It's not because of a lack of accomplishments.

It's because of the denial of their past. Even if mistakes were made, accepting and learning from them is more mature than denying or ignoring that it ever happened.

There have been some times where it is tempting to tell someone "I told you so" regardless of how appropriate or not it is. When that person has hurt me in the past, the temptation is even stronger ( Read more... )

For my birthday, I want to get a digital camera. We have one, but it's huge and I want one that's pocket size so it's easier to tote around. Since our existing camera is bulky, I'm less inclined to carry it around so I don't take much pictures.  Plus, our existing camera takes a long time to turn on/off and has high shutter speed lag.  So far I've ( Read more... )

I saw this and it just made me giggle - my mom used to make little sweaters and put it on our chihuahua's...that's probably why one of them hated her so much.
