New cheese I've tried this week: Cana de Oveja

It's a Spanish cheese. Soft-ripened and made from sheep's milk! Everything I love altogether. It's super delicious, but a bit pungent. Apparently, Pastaworks has it, and I bought it over at New Seasons. Yum yum.

I am back home in Portland. And my first meal home is this:

A fresh baguette spread with butter and delice de bourgogne.
