It's the last Sunday of yet another wonderful Summer ripped from my grasp before I was ready to let go. I held on with all my strength, dug my nails in, breaking the skin, and still, it slipped away from me. Went to dance rehearsal yersturday ... unnecessarily chaotic, as usual. I swear, parents can be so dumb and oblivious. Woke up under the assumption that I was going to the beach .... didn't bother to pay attention to the weather ... I think everyone skipped town today. I went outside and checked the mail about 5 times today before the mailbox was actually filled with mail. On the 5th walk to to the mailbox at the end of my driveway, I noticed that the rusted, red fire hydrant in the front of my yard that my dog always urinates on is now yellow and orange. Summer's been good to me so far. Sleep all day, go out some nights, put off ap hw until another day, etc. I have yet to work on getting rid of my gut or try to get a tan though ...
