So far this week, two jump starts, one new battery, oil change, one flat tire and three new tires. That's by Wednesday. I wonder what else will happen this week

Really?! Are you that proficient in Japanese already? My college stated at the end of the spring term that in all likelihood it would NOT offer JPN 201. I was invited by my Nihongo Sensei to take 101 again in the fall...for the third time. But if I have to sit through Konnichi wa Buran-san, watashi no onamae wa Takada-san desu, I'm going to put an enpitsu in my me. So, I'm going to be looking at other options this fall...hopefully being able to get into a 201 class elsewhere.
God no! I'm not that proficient in Japanese. I mainly helped one band (Psycho Le Cemu) although I would of liked to see some of the others. I mainly stayed in the room they used to prepare for the concerts and helped make sure they had what they needed. Water, food other supplies. Answer simple requests or hunt down other people that knew. Actually I really didn't do that much work at all. I would of been nice if they needed more translating. The band and staff really weren't too talkative and I found myself wishing I brought a book, laptop or iPod

What level of Japanese would you be in for this class? The irony for me is that I started taking Japanese initially because the college I'm going to was did not offer German and so I talked to Scott to help me decide between French and Japanese as another option...so of course, he encouraged me to take Japanese. So now that I've really come to enjoy learning the Japanese language and have become somewhat addicted to the sugary, goofy, can't help but like Japanese culture....they're not offering JPN 201 (again) this fall
