Things are getting better. My E.I finally kicked in after 12 weeks of waiting. I accepted a sous-chef position at a restaurant that is opening up in a few weeks.

Things are looking up. I just need to continue to think positively.

Job interview today for a Sous-chef position. I hope I get it.

Most restaurants still think that 12 bucks an hour is a fair wage. I call it an insult to my industry, so we'll see.

I'm asking for 18 an hour, or 42k a year. Seems fair.
