Because they're female and enjoy sucking in every bit of attention and love the sound of someone's voice who is new and appears to care for them?

I think I have only called mine maybe 5 times... Phone calls are so old school.

Yeah I'm gonna have to talk to her about that. The worst thing about it is that they expect a fucking 2 hour conversation. I like the person, but it's really irritating.

You're right though, phone conversations require 100% attention. Maybe I'm being selfish. But I think this whole phonecall everyday thing shows *EXCEPTIONAL* neediness....

A lot of people find new relationships exciting. They want reassurance that you're thinking about it all the time just like they are.

Well the things is that I don't think of it all the time. Maybe because I don't want to get my hopes up?

Or maybe I'm freaked out that she likes me a lot for whatever reason.

Nothing wrong with a call, whether you are the caller or the callee, but super long involved convos? Ugh. Some people just are not phone people!
