does anyone know how to copy music from your ipod to your computer?
i've found some stuff online but nothing has worked.
i don't want to risk losing all my songs from my ipod.

some of the cds (brand new) i uploaded to itunes are crackly and skip. Is this coz the cd is scratched? if i upload it again do you think the sound quality would be better?
