I think that the school-girl fetish that many men have comes from the inborn human desire to corrupt that which we percieve as "innocent". There's no greater psychological conquest than turning someone into their polar opposite if you're trying to demonstrate the power you do/can wield over said person. As for pigtails and thigh-high boots, those are just the hallmarks of crazies(with good taste might I add).
