I have my orders and I will be going to Monterey at the first of July. I'm looking for an apartment and possibly a roommate.

good luck my friend. if I remember correctly, prices are a real bitch. If your gonna be in monterey, you have to go to Morgans. Coolest coffee shop ever. It will be easy to find, monterey isnt all that big. You should hit up santa cruz too. Im actually trying to find a roomate in Cali too. Id offer myself in an effort to combine our housing searches, but Im moving north of monterey. Your better off than I, south bay is even more expensive than monterey.

Actually, Im going to be moving a good two hours from monterey. sorry dude. You should hit up info about Csumb. Lots of students live off campus and need roomies. And hey, if you cant find any leads and have nowhere to stay, i can offer shelter from the cold. My family lives in Salinas, about 20 minutes from Monterey. Found this link on craigslist.com, it might be of help. I would also recommend looking for something in Salinas or Seaside, being that it will be considerably cheaper.
