Yesterday I completed 12 miles (on a treadmill) for the last long training run I need for a while. I took it nice and easy (between an 11 and 12 min/mile), but I'm still a little achey today. I had also completed a 3 mile race pace (targeting 9 min/mile) workout Saturday AM. Ugh, I went a bit too fast (over pace with an average of 8:50 min/mile),
