Running Part 2

Yesterday I completed 12 miles (on a treadmill) for the last long training run I need for a while. I took it nice and easy (between an 11 and 12 min/mile), but I'm still a little achey today. Not boring at all! I'm impressed with your dedication to hot weather training! The only thing that gets me out when it's hot and I have a run on my training schedule is to NOT look at the temperature and bring a good amount of water. I've got some super light tops from various events, those have worked well for me - I'm so sun averse that the thought of having bare shoulders gives me the heebie jeebies. :-)
