Alright. welllll. I heard about this body detox from nicole scherzinger and since I love her so much I looked into it. Basically I drink lemon, grade b maple syrup and cayeen pepper mixed into purified water all day long for 2 weeks. Annd Im suppose to flush out my system with uniodized salt water in the mornings.
