Wow... I don't really know what to say because I'm not in your situation, but seeing a therapist doesn't mean your crazy and can be very helpful. I'm also sorry that they sort of blame you but it is most definitely not your fault, no matter what they say. I know its easier said than done, but don't be so hard on yourself. If you need to talk, I'm sure any of your dorky online friends would love to lend an ear, including me. I hope you feel better soon.
