[Heiji would be walking instead of riding on a wagon. He had to make sure he could keep tabs on everything and everyone. That involved: going between wagons checking on everyone and overall observing the entire convoy. With a group this large, it was important everyone looked out for each other, and Heiji couldn't emphasize this enough.

At this moment he could be seen walking as he was texting Kresnik the list of people in his group. Just like he said he would.

Lucky for him sunburn wouldn't be his problem for this trip, as having usually dark skin, gratitude to his grandfather's genetics. Heiji wasn't prone to getting sunburn. He was aware they would be heavily exposed nevertheless and probably insisted people cover up.

He could be approached anytime during the Oregon Trail trip. Heiji was here to help and try and make this trip both easier and more successful.]

[Conan has been changing between riding with the other children, walking, and skateboarding through the better sections of road. At this moment he is walking alongside Hattori and observing the sides of the road.]

Any news from the others?

Nothin' from th' second group.

[They're probably busy.]

It's still early. Judging from the speed we're moving, they have some time yet.

It depends when they leave. [And he's hoping they were capable of perceiving time.]

About half of th' ones in th' second group are part of th' watch from what I understand.

We can hope their ability to leave on schedule is better than their deducting ability.

If they don't I'll contact 'em.

Apparently our destination isn't new land, Meryl has been ta Dissimulo once before. It's not very large an' has been reclaimed by wildlife inhabitants. Then there's th' prison camp mentioned.

It's good that we aren't going into this blind. And that prison camp sounds like it is definitely something that needs to be investigated better.

It's been little over a year, but I doubt it's changed that much. [Seeing as it was abandoned anyway.]

Yeah, we might find some clues there, an' I rather we do it than one of th' other Watch members.

[Sweden is towards the end of the trail, pushing a small cart in the expected colours with some things on it that didn't fit on the wagon or are too important to him or his companions to be put on a target as easy as it.

He's probably usually having someone at his side, at the very least Finland, but right now he is alone.]

[Heiji had of course, dropped by.]

How're things? Is everythin' under control?

[He nods and, after a few moments of silence:] Can y' fight?

[He supposed the question posed some relevance.]

Yeah.

Y' have weapons?

[He does not trust the peace. There should be monsters out there, and they had trouble with soldiers from another city that tried to kill everyone before...]

Of course. [Seldom did he leave unarmed anymore, and those who could fight should have been sufficiently supplied.

Could he be referring to those things you thought you see, but when you look they aren't there? Heiji is aware it's got some people paranoid, but he himself didn't think much of it.] Is somethin' botherin' ya?

Were y' here fer th' Holl'slanders?

[Nothing about him has changed since they have started talking; Sweden is good at not changing expression or body language, it's his default way of working, not a special effort.]
