i have gotten lost four times today. those damn trees, which they are so proud of, obstruct one's view of the buildings. Plus, I was informed by a chuckling upperclassmen, not all of the paths are on that map they give out to the freshman. so basically, i don't leave the house without an escort (who oftentimes it turns out has no idea where they're ( Read more... )

it's sounds like things are going well/crazily, i didn't know if i should call or text or not yesterday. mike is pretty cool, i keep bumping into him. and on sunday he must have come to visit while i was gone, but i came back to find him talking to my roommates, it was pretty awesome. i have a feeling i'll being seeing much of him without even having to try, so that's a really good thing. when do/did your classes start?

thursday. today(tuesday) we meet with our advisors to talk about it and tomorrow we officially register. my advisor thinks i ought to try for 4.5-5 credits so that if one of my classes doesn't work out and i drop i'm still cosidered a full time student, but there are no other classes (with empty seats) that appeal to me that interfere with one of the classes i'm already taking.

i'm glad you and mike are getting along. tell him i said hello.

oh, sharing a bathroom is most definitely a mood. it is a perpetually bad mood that i have been thrusted into until october break.

and it ("sharing a bathroom" as a mood) encompasses so many things- uncomfortable, aggravated, disgusted, etc.

Omg that post was wholly entertaining because I know the majority of the things/places you're talking about XD.
What dorm are you in? My sister spent most of her time in Strong, but her summers in Jewet or Juet or however it is spelled. The Jew House. Which brings back memories of the Rez.

i'm in Noyes, which is cool cause it looks interesting and it's near ACDC, but it's not near any of my classes or anything else so navigating past the main building is difficult.
