Traditions are weird here. Over the last week London has been like a warzone. Huge firecrackers have been going off everywhere. On Monday night it was Guy Faulks night so I suppose people use that as an excuse to let firecrackers off all week. Okay where should I start? Two weekends ago Amy and I hired a car and road tripped our way through the Cottswalds. We managed to pick up an original Beachboys Cassette at some dodgy flea market out the back of some old church. Best 25p I've ever spent. Hitting a lot of brick walls hard. Funny how easy it was to get work as a teacher now it's Summer holidays there's no money coming in and no work on the horizon. Noone will take a teacher on when they know they'll only work for them for a month or two.
