I am now realizing that in 2018 I had a chance at something and I perhaps did not realize it. I am realizing I was pushed into something I may not have wanted instead.

Now three years later I am not over this and considering the circumstances of my life presently, that feeling is unfair to others in my life. 

The condo was a pipe dream sold by idiots, to an even bigger idiot. One more year at Coconut Creek for me. It's okay though, this is actually the best solution. My place is still small, but I'm in a position now to make it better and I paid off my car two years early (yay me!). 

I am in the process of buying a condo in Coral Springs. Not sure if I should be excited or depressed about this development. It's about three weeks into the process and it feels like three years. Not even going to mention how my wife has inadvertently made indebted to one of my uncles, because I am choosing not to think about it. Also not going to ( Read more... )

The vaccines are here. This is not meant as news, but rather a simple fact I am dealing with. We all are. Yes, I will definitely take the vaccine once I am able. No doubt. But... I really don't want to go back to work.

Today I was preapproved for a mortgage. Does this make me an adult now? Unsure.

While the United States is going crazier, I am seem to be doing okay. I finally finished a podcast I'd been working on for months. Now just waiting for it to be released. Either tonight or tomorrow, but that's not under my control.

My dog Belle, who lives with my ex-wife, was here for a visit. She hasn't visited me since 2017. That's my fault. Though fear of allergies and bad skin led to that subconscious decision, it is something I am now regretting.
