It's so hard. I'm so sick to my stomach and I want to cry all the time but I cant let him see me like that. I want to try and be strong and then who knows. Writing about how I really feel in this journal is kinda hel;ping and maybe it's like the first step into getting past all my shit. I think that that will help me and hopefully me and him. I want to burst into tears and I cant let him see me like that. I'm afraid that if I keep mentioning how badly I feel and how much I hurt that it will make things worse between us and I dont want that. I just need to talk to a counselor and hopefully start to get on the right track. I'm so scared.

I think that I am making myself sick by letting this get to me. I have always had a problem with letting things flow and going along with the flow. I guess its because I'm scared that things wont go my way and I have to learn that they are out of my hands and that there is nothing that I can do about it. I love Chicago and everything it has to offer.
