I must disagree on the stance that we have not actively been trying to find ways to stop the mist, or alternative means to prevent kidnapping, but perhaps what you meant to say is that we have not held many group meetings on the subject.
In regards to student involvement: You have my support. I know many students who fair against the mist even better then I, Eric for example, and it would be a waste to not use such resources.

This has-- made me feel that we should begin to inform the more capable students about what we must do against the mist, more then just coming back to our dorms earlier and not attending classes at the very least.

I have faith that we will get through this. [Or did he? At least he appeared to. Norrington was the type of leader who built morale through shows of strength so even if he was doubtful he wouldn't show it.]
