She was just done freshening up her make up when she heard the knock on her door. "Oh! Just one minute!" she called out, fumbling around her dresser for the black crochet beret she just saw that morning. Finally snatching it from under a pile of pajama shorts, she tugged it on to her head, grabbed her purse and ran to answer the door.
It was still really strange, but in the really good, giddy sort of way. She tilted her head and grinned at him as she slid out of her room and shut the door behind her. "Sorry, I couldn't find something..."

She accepted his arm and appeared thoughtful for really long time. Well... Only a few moments, but it seemed like a long time. She shrugged her shoulders, absently noting just how natural all of this really was. "I'm fine with pizza or something along those lines."

"So how are things with your mom? My mom just called yesterday and said she's trying to get Mrs. Garcia-Shapiro to sign up for yoga class with her."

"I just got done talking with her after you called.. We were on the webcam..." she paused and giggled a little. "Yeah, she mentioned that. I'm pretty sure your mom has her almost completely convinced... I think they're just not used to not having us around all the time..."
