hey I saw your website and I really like it, mine is more of a journal than informational. Do the diet pills you take really help becuase I tried trim spa and they did nothing for me?

hehe well thank you! My diet pills help some. I like green tea ones more than anything else ( i don't think i put them up there) but Dexatrim worked for a long time but then i kinda became immune to it. Metabolife works well too though. I've never tried trim spa so i can't tell you if they just don't work in general or just don't work with your metabolism. I would try dexatrim though. ♥
