Coffeeshop on the block across the street from Becker Heights - established by B and Mello here. I kind of imagined it as a corner Starbucks-ish place like you see in big cities on the ground floor of big apartment/office buildings - small, nondescript, etc. - but I don't think I ever went into great detail describing it.

The zoo - I'm guessing it was in either the Entertainment District somewhere? But I'm not sure. Mello and B took a bus for a while.

Suggestion for a name for the Undercity hospital: St Helen's. Because, Helen -> Nell -> Nellie -> Nellie the elephant, obv.

A couple of times, I've mentioned some small shops up the road from Becker Heights (turn left as you exit the building, keep going a block or so until you see them on the left). Basic supplies (food, chemist, pizza? Post office?)

... is there a post office in Disturbia? Huh, that would be interesting. The post is taken and then DISAPPEARS INTO THE ETHER.

I assume you can send messages across town.

I'll write up a description later (HA HA EVERYTHING NEEDS MOAR WRITING AND DEVELOPMENT) but I've envisioned there being a small row of shops essentially across the street: the coffee shop, some kind of convenience store (in the US a drugstore is usually also a convenience store), a small local restaurant or two. There can be more shops in the location you described, too.

What's the dominant birdform in Disturbia, topside? (presumably the Undercity doesn't have birds, or just has ... those grotty feral pigeons who move inside railway stations?)

Pigeons? Seagulls? Crows? Some Other Form Of Bird I Have Not Yet Wotted Of?

(Or, they don't have birds, but lots of feral foxes and cats?)

Pigeons. I presume there is also the usual urban population of stray dogs and cats both topside and undercity.

There may be some seagulls at the beachline.
