 I'm truly happy that there is now a chracter in the Harry Potter world who is actually gay. I would have prefered it to be Snape, but Dumbledore will do. I now feel the books are truely tolerant.

Happy Birthday Herohunter

Harry's introduction into the magical world. More evidence of how far the Dursleys will go to stop Harry from going to Hgwarts. Harry finds out he is a wizard. First mention to Harry of fight between good and evil. Petunia's bitterness.

New characters mentioned.

When the magical world begin to reclaim Harry. It shows the lengths they will go to to get Harry back. It also shows the lengths the Dursleys will go to to stop that  from happening.  They are even prepared to be nice to Harry to stop that from happening.

Well while I have been reading the chapters I haven't been writing my observations and to be honest I can't be bothered to write them up today. I guess I'll have to catch up tomorrow.

A huge time gap between this chapter and the last. chapter (10 years) It basically tells you about Harry's life with the Dursleys and how downtroden he is. It also shows that he has magical ability. Also that he can speak to snakes.
