I had a really neat dream last night where I discovered I was a transsexual. It was strange and dream-like (as dreams often are) but not really very acidy trippy, actually. The discovery wasn't some shocking revelation, suddenly I just *knew* that I had been born with male parts. Also, this being dream-land and all, I also just *knew* that ( Read more... )

Yes, yes you must get them!!

They're Seasons 1 AND 2!

Although Season 1 isn't all that many episodes but STILL!

I heard Rhino is the one that put the dvd set out which is fantasic because they're known for putting pop culture kitschy type stuff on dvd and doing a good job of it. Like the Monkees tv show for instance.

I heard that if they make enough money off the Jem dvds then they're going to put out the other seasons!

Wheeeee...so all of us who grew up with the show must band together and buybuybuy!

I always though she should have dumped him on his vain, metrosexual butt.

Jem!! *giggles* That was one of my favourite TV shows as a kid. I remember running around the house in huge 80's style earrings, grabbing at them and going "Showtime, synergie!" Or whatever it was she did to become Jem.

Can't say any of my Jem thoughts have ever been quite as in depth as yours though. lol. You're crazy, you know that right? ;-)

Truly Outrageous!!

I just had to say it once. ;)

Perhaps I'm just as crazy as you because though it's been you know, more then a decade since I last saw the show I can still sing the theme song in my head. "No one else is the same, Jem is my name. Jem!"

And not just the theme song...other songs that were featured in the show as well. lol
