The earthquake's rising death toll is heart-breaking. It's very surreal, having just been to China in January. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of the victims of this horrendous disaster.

Why do I have to be sick every year for NATS?!?!? My first year, I drove the five hours, hoping I would make it, but singing just didn't happen. Last year, I actually competed, but I was sick.
