I'm watching the news... nearly cried several times... It's mind-numbing, really

What drives someone to do something like this?  What makes a human capable of such cruelty?

I can't possibly fathom what everyone at Virginia Tech is going through... and what all of their families and friends are going through...

My thoughts are with you all.

i totally agree with you. i was listening to the radio this morning and they said that as they were taking the bodies out of the rooms that they heard the cell phones in their pockets keep going off. that is truly sad. i heard on the news that he was late to a class one day and his classmates were sitting around talking about him and one person said that he was most likely to turn out to be a classroom shooter. how sad is that? what is happening to this world? it's the anniversary of columbine, and also the oklahoma city bombing. lord please help us when we need it most.

Jay White dedicated the last set of his recital to the victims at VT... it was very poignant.
